My favorite spellbook I currently own and I'm that weirdo who collects them yet never does a single spell. The only slight nitpick is that she asks for tarot cards and once used, the card is harmed beyond repair. Some see Tarot as just cards or a game, but I take divination far more serious so I could never ruin any of my cards, even if its a spare deck I had laying around. But that's more personal to me.

I have been a practising witch my entire life (57 years) and I can honestly say I enjoyed this book. After all the years I have been living a magical life not much is new to me about practising the craft. With that said I read half the book in one day, that is high praise.

One of the greatest books on modern witchcraft that you could purchase the spells are easy to understand easy to read and it explains everything you need to know from A to Z I definitely would recommend this book for anybody that is interested in witchcraft and spells anybody from beginner to intermediate to pro I definitely would recommend this book 5 out of 5

What an incredible book. I've been practising for many years and Skye has done a fantastic job of laying out the first stepping stone for any new practitioner of magick. Even after all my years of practise I learned some new things, so as the saying goes, you're never too old to learn something new. Thank you Skye.

Skye Alexander is a wonderful easy to read and understand author, If you are looking for a guide to start with if you are just starting out as a witch or just learning about the craft I highly recommend her books.That being said, the shape of the book is in leaves me a bit sad as I have wanted this and the rest of her books for a long time. I bought it used and was disappointed, which is not normal for my buys off here. Some wear is always expected when you buy used and we all know that but the cover is dirty, the sides worn there are stickers on it. The markings on the pages are readable but distracting. So as for used I am not happy about it and will have to buy a new one. So this is not a bad thing about the contents of the book, this is about the shape of book I received. :(

For a beginner, this is perfect. I bought this, along with the beginner's guide by her as well. Only a 3 because I'd hoped for more in depth spellwork for more than the basics of 'more money/love/luck/protection'. The beginning was essentially a crash course of what the first book had been, then spellwork following, as well as another crash course of holidays in the back. I loved the beginner's book better, but this certainly isn't a bad book. Just not exactly what I expected.

I am very novice to the world of occult, so this was a nice introduction to spell crafting. This will certainly help you on your journey, as it helped me tremendously. Simple to understand and read. No fluff. Beautiful cover, full of spells to practice and strengthen your abilities.Thank you for the read.

Joint Application Development is, in my opinion, one of the most powerful tools available to analysts and consultants for capturing business requirements directly from the source - the business process owners and subject matter experts. This book is among the best I've come across on the subject and is worth the time and effort to track down.What I most like is the way this book stays consistently focused on discovering (and uncovering) *business* requirements to be used as the foundation of information systems and applications. The book itself is divided into ten parts, each of which builds on the other to form a coherent approach to conducting JAD workshops and using the product of the workshop sessions as input into the requirements process.Parts I through III introduce JAD, its underlying concepts and how they relate to business processes. Part IV provides guidelines for developing a business solution, while Parts V and VI guides you through the actual techniques and procedures that will be used in the JAD sessions.After this point the book quickly picks up the pace and goes directly to the heart of JAD by showing how to capture the business vision and manage changes from the sessions as they [inevitably] occur. It's interesting to note some of the parallels between the approach in Part VI and the Microsoft Solution Framework (MSF). If you are using the MSF this book will add value to your processes because in many respects the approaches are either the same or complimentary.Parts VIII and XI wrap up the JAD process by thoroughly discussing requirements and specifications, which are the two main products that JAD workshops are designed to capture. The rest of the book is devoted to skills profiles for workshop leaders, an implementation checklist that is invaluable, and excellent advice. I particularly liked the workshop templates, which will greatly aid you in setting up and conducting JAD workshops, and the way that the author guides you through the pitfalls that you will encounter when facilitating these workshops. Follow Mr. Crawford's advice and the time spent in the sessions will be used efficiently and effectively. Follow the approach in this excellent book and you stand a good chance of capturing the right requirements, and ensuring that they are validated by consensus of all stakeholders.
